You are invited to apply as a Children’s Activity vendor to be a part of this much anticipated show. Load in is on Saturday morning.• APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are face painting, sand art, painting projects and other activities for children. Products may not be sold. Ride or bounce house vendors will should not apply, as there is not room. You'll be required to submit photos with this application which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a setup photo will not be considered. Your Certificate of Insurance will be due sixty days prior to the event. You will be notified of acceptance within five days of the application deadline. •SPACE DETAILS: All spaces are outdoor and approximately 10’ deep and 12’ wide. All spaces are on grass or pavement. You must furnish your own tent, table and chairs. •FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees are dependent upon the size of your setup and are listed within this application. Fees are nonrefundable.
