Tents glowing, stars overhead, people laughing by the fire, the sound of drums echoing across the hills, this is the heart of the weekend. Primitive camping means real connection: to the land, to the moment, and to the community around you. Your General Camping pass gives you a place to plant your tent, park your bus or RV, settle in, make friends, explore, and fully live the Faire, not just visit it. From sunrise coffee with Wake & Bake to the late-night drum circle...you’re part of the village now.

Each glamping tent sleeps up to 3 people and is fully set up for you. No hammering stakes, no arguing with poles, no “why is this backwards” energy. Just show up and sink in. Price: $349 per tent Same price whether it’s 1, 2, or 3 people. This is an upgrade and requires a General Camping or VIP ticket We are eating the tax and fees on this ticket because we love you ✨ Bonus magic Your tent host is Olivia herself, which comes with some surprise little perks and extra care you don’t get with regular camping. Including an extra commons tent to get down in with the other Glampers! Consider it part concierge, part fairy godmother, part “oh you forgot that… I got you.” Glamping is located close to all the fun, so you’re never far from the action but still cozy when you need to crash. ⚠️ EXTREMELY LIMITED AVAILABILITY When these are gone… they are gone. Love the vibe? Want to take it home? Tired of setting up tents? Fall in love with the blankets? Obsessed with a pillow, lantern, rug, or the tent itself? Good news… most items in or around your glamping setup are available for purchase. If you love something, just ask your host for pricing. Easy peasy. However If you choose not to purchase an item and it is damaged, destroyed, or lost due to negligence or intentional misuse, you will be charged full retail replacement cost.   • Jewelry: Any material. If your jewelry involves materials from another category, still choose “Jewelry.”

  • Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, either functional or sculptural.

  • Fiber: Wearable and non-wearable items.

  • Glass: Functional or sculptural. Includes kiln forming, blowing, molding, casting, and cold working.

  • Metal: Sculptural or decorative metalwork.

  • Mixed Media: Combines two or more materials in one piece.

  • Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments only.

  • Natural Materials: Basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from natural materials.

  • Photography: Traditional film, digital, emulsion transfers, hand-colored images. Only original work is accepted.

  • Printmaking: Hand-pulled, original, limited-edition prints that are signed and numbered.

  • Sculpture: 3D works created using additive or subtractive techniques.

  • Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital artwork.

  • Wood: Original woodwork that is hand-tooled, machine-worked, turned, or carved.

Food Vendor Guidelines

🍴 Each food vendor may bring up to two additional helpers at a discounted ticket rate.

🛠️ Set-up begins at 8:00 AM on Thursday
🧹 Break-down must be completed by 5:00 PM on Sunday

Power is not provided, but whisper-style generators are allowed with prior approval.

🗑️ All food vendors must provide a trash receptacle for customer use and are responsible for removing all waste from the event grounds (pack in/pack out).
Failure to do so will result in a $20 per bag cleanup fee.
