Get Ready for a Craft Beer Apocalypse – Downtown Martinez 13th Annual Zombie Brew Crawl!
The un-dead are descending upon downtown Martinez, and they're on a quest for craft beer! Join us for a spooktacular event where zombies will roam the downtown corridor, sampling 30+ craft beers from various breweries stationed at participating small businesses.
Costume Contest: Embrace the undead spirit! While zombie costumes are optional, we encourage you to unleash your inner zombie. Prizes will be awarded for the best individual costumes and the most outstanding group ensemble. Enter the contest during the beer tasting, and winners will be announced immediately after the event at Main Street Plaza.

Whether you're a craft beer enthusiast, a lover of the supernatural, or just looking for a frightfully good time, the Downtown Martinez Zombie Brew Crawl is the place to be. Must be 21 years or older to sample beer. DD's are free! Must have valid ID. No Alcohol to be consumed outside designated areas/locations. Beer will only be served in the 2025 tasting cup. No other cups are permitted.

Join Us October 11th – Be a Stop at the Zombie Brew Crawl!
Hello Breweries!
Nearly 600+ Zombies will invade Downtown Martinez on Saturday, October 11th, 2025 — and they’ll be thirsty for delicious craft beer!
We’d love for your brewery to be part of the 13th Annual Zombie Brew Crawl, one of our most popular and best-attended events. This is an excellent opportunity to:
Introduce (or re-introduce) your brewery to hundreds of beer enthusiasts
Promote your upcoming releases and tasting room events
Be part of a long-standing, sold-out Halloween tradition in the heart of Downtown Martinez
Event Details:
- We will pair you with a businesses and beer will be poured inside their shop.
- Each tasting = a single 2 oz. pour (to ensure a true “tasting experience”)
- Attendees will enjoy approximately 30+ different craft beer tastings
- Event Sells out every year so guaranteed to be in front of a lot of craft beer fans!
Brewery Requirements:
- Provide your selected beer (keg, bottles, or cans)
- If bringing kegs, provide at least one staff member/volunteer to pour during the event + assist with setup
- Businesses will provide a table & space and ice as needed. We will connect you with them so you can plan.
Next Steps:
All breweries who wish to participate must complete the agreement form linked below by Monday, September 22nd, 2025.

We're looking for help with the Trick or Treat Spooktacular behind the scenes October 26th, 2024! Positions vary but include: hanging/removing no parking signs and vehicle and booth check in. If you are interested and available to join the behind the scenes team please signup below. Thank you in advance for help in making this community event come to life!
Event Description:
We’re teaming up with local businesses to provide a safe place for your family to enjoy Halloween festivities. Visit creatively themed and decorated car trunks, kids activity game booths and shops lining downtown Martinez to collect candy and treats.
The event will take place downtown inside participating businesses, on the street and at the Plaza on Main Street.
Event is Free to public.

$15 of each event ticket sold goes towards beer and glass. The remaining income after tax and processing fees of each event ticket sold is a donation and goes directly to benefiting Main Street Martinez (Downtown Martinez & Co.), a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the economic vitality and hometown character of downtown Martinez. All prices of taxable items include sales tax computed to the nearest mill.
