About this event
Now an annual event (the last Saturday in April), the Texas Hot Link Festival is a Food and Entertainment Event. This culinary celebration features a hot link and sausage competition, including chili and stew, with sides and condiments. You might want to take a look at the worlds longest Pittsburg Hot Link leading to a hot link eating competition!! All of this surrounded by sounds coming from the Century 21 Premier Group main stage. There will be a variety of bands playing diverse types of music. In addition, there is a cultural food competition which has included Polynesian, Texan, Cajun, German, Hispanic, Appalachian and more. Alert!! there will be sweets in this culinary area along with entertainment from local bands and cultural performances. Other activities during the day include a childrens area, a fashion show, come see the Shelby Car Club of Dallas and our car show, a huge Corn Hole competition, Pilgrims Farmers Market and much more... There will be plenty of concession food like corn dogs, funnel cakes and much much more. All of this is being held in downtown Pittsburg, the Hot Link Capital of Texas.
