The Taos Farmers Market is thrilled to announce a huge milestone: We are now an official 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization! This has been many years in the making, and we couldn't have done it without the support of our community. Now, we're stepping into our very first initiative as a non-profit, one that will shape the future of local food and farming in Northern New Mexico.
Our Big Vision: A Permanent Home
For years, we've dreamed of having a space to truly call our own. Now that dream is within reach, read more
here. We are in the process of purchasing land that will become the forever location for the Taos Farmers Market.
But raw land takes work before it can become a thriving market hub. That's where you come in.
Our Goal: $50,000 by the End of 2026
With your help, we'll transform this land into a vibrant, welcoming space for farmers and community alike. Funds raised will go directly toward:
* Graveling the lot so vendors and customers have safe, accessible ground to gather on.
* Creating access points to make the space easy to navigate.
* Developing the land so that it's ready to host farmers, food, and families for generations to come.
