About this event
Volunteers and their supporting organizations are the most integral part of
the World's Largest Brat Fest! They set up, they grill, they cashier, they
wrap, they stock condiments, they make sure the event grounds are clean, they
tear down - you get it - they pretty much do it all!
Each year, Brat Fest depends on nearly 3,000 volunteers of all ages* with over
16,446 volunteer hours to play a special part in our continued success and our
quest for the WORLD RECORD all in the spirit of community giving! Without
them, Brat Fest would not be the same.

*Volunteer positions are subject to change based on the needs of the Festival.
**Brat Fest Volunteers receive: **
* _Brat Fest T-Shirt_
* _Brat Buck (Good for a Brat, Hot Dog, Corn or Soda) _
* _Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream free scoop_
* _An incredible fun time_
* _$12 of every hour they volunteer, goes to their selected approved Brat Fest Charity or to support Brat Fest (also a Non-Profit)_
* Only organizations who applied and were approved will be listed.
Brat Fest Charity leaders are encouraged to share the volunteer link with
their supporters and public to encourage folks to sign up to volunteer and
support their mission!
**Know an organization that should be a Brat Fest Charity?** Application for
2026 are now closed!
Previous Brat Fest Charities, MUST apply every year to be considered.

NOTE: Positions are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-serve
basis. Confirmations will be sent within 48-72 hours of applying. All
volunteers working at Brat Fest are NOT covered under the liability insurance
policy; all volunteers are required to sign a waiver releasing Brat Fest and
its subsidiaries from all liability for injuries or damages incurred.
