As my primary inspiration, the textural uniqueness of industrial landscapes and architectural jewels lies at the heart of my creative work.
I combine night photography with digital art and aerosol paint to develop a new way of looking at these places.
In search of the perfect vantage point, I crept among the shadows in the heart of metal nights. Montreal nights. As a technique, long exposure reveals details invisible to the naked eye. A light that contrasts with the half-light, taunting the erasure of scrap metal, then the digital intervention and painting that are put to use.
Fascinating developments of identity come to life. A spectral industrial splendor that plays with borders to better assert its memory. Contrasts that evoke emotion and identification.
For me, it's also about raising social and heritage issues. In fact, recognition of my work allows me to play an active role in the urban landscape. My signature appeals to the imagination and invites us to take a causal look at reality.
