We are Jason and Valerie Payne, the team behind Heat From The Hammer! We are proud of our city Hamilton, Ontario aka "The Hammer" and have tied all of our products to the history, people and geography of our home!
We like to refer to ourselves as a "gateway" hot sauce company. We focus on the mild and medium flavours to get you interested in hot sauce so you can eventually move up to the makers that create the really hot stuff!
We also like making things that are not hot sauce and have a bbq sauce, marinade, 2 spicy snacks and our brand new BBQ rub!
