Zero stars isn't an option. We bought a personalized sweater from her at the dakota county fair in 2023. She said it was in the mail. Couldn't provide a tracking number. Followed up for a year and asked her about it in person in September of 2024. She said she'd remake it and send it off. 2 weeks after still no tracking number, but said she sent it with a free gift. It's November of 2024 and now she won't communicate at all or return our money. She's lso not listed on the BBB site, so reporting her has been difficult.

If I could give her 0 stars, I would. I purchased a sweatshirt from her at a craftfair in December, but she did not have my size so she was going to mail it. As of February 5th, I still have not received it. I keep getting excuse after excuse after excuse and she isn't doing anything to rectify the situation. I have even offered to drive over to her house to pick it up. Do not do business with her.

I order a sweatshirt from her at a craft fair in MN in September. I still have not received it or a refund and am disputing it through my bank to try and get my money back. Etsy has shut down her page there as it has 6 months no shipping or refund reviews. If she has the product at the craft fair its a good product but if you have to have it ship good luck on getting it

It has been 6 months since we ordered sweatshirts from a craft show. She has came up with numerous excuses and will not send our money back. I will be reporting her to the state attorney general office as a scam. I’ve heard from other people this has happened to them as well. Do not order!
