Identify Your Dream was founded in 2015 in honor of Dean J. Samuel, an incredible young man from Pontiac whose life was tragically taken by violence, leaving behind a young son and a community forever changed. From this loss, a vision was born to create a space where youth and families impacted by trauma could find healing, support, and renewed hope.
