We’re Nathan and Patricia, the couple behind Tusok Truck (formerly Kanto Filipino Street Food). This is more than just our small business, it’s a family effort. We bring classic Filipino hits to New Jersey, serving street food favorites like lumpia spring rolls, fishballs, and more.
We believe that food brings people together, just as Jesus shared meals to build connection and community. Rooted in Filipino hospitality and faith, we aim to create that same sense of warmth wherever our trailer goes. We’re serving more than food—we’re sharing a little piece of home.
