The HIV Education and Prevention Project of Alameda County (HEPPAC) is a 501(c)(3) organization. We provide harm reduction based services in Alameda County and Contra Costa County. We serve people who are at increased risk for HIV, hepatitis C and other infectious diseases. HEPPAC provides increased access to: Mobile Harm Reduction Services Medication Assistance Treatment Navigation HIV/HEP C Education & Prevention Syringe Exchange / Bio Hazzard Containers HIV/HCV Counseling Testing Referral and Linkage Services.
