I was heading into work I saw this truck and trailer selling BBQ. I got a rack of ribs for $25. The ribs are great. Good meat not to much fat, juicy and not over cooked. 7/10 definitely want to eat again . The potato salad on the other hand was hands down the best potato salad I have ever had. 10/10 it's been 3 hours since I ate it and I'm still thinking about it. Super nice family friendly service.
