Nicole we do thank you for your purchase and are sorry you haven't found lip balm that fits the cups purchased from us. We always tell everyone that different lip balm brands are different sizes while the cup lids are only one size. We chose the most common size for brands such as Chapstick, Lipsmackers, Burt's Bees and other brands that share this same common size. We've even started selling lip balms with the cups so you can be assured that they do indeed fit before you leave our booth. I would be glad to meet with you in any retail store of your choosing to help you select appropriately sized lip balms that will fit into the cups or provide options that we carry ourselves.
