Thanks for supporting the 34th annual Beaufort Music Festival! How has our community festival maintained such impressive staying power for over three decades? OUR AMAZING VOLUNTEERS! The BMF would simply not be possible without the countless hours of volunteer dedication, hard work, and love. We are ALWAYS humbled and so appreciative of those who come out year after year, and if you are new to BMF volunteering, we welcome you to the family!!
Aside from knowing you are the MOST critical cog in the BMF sprocket, you’ll get to enjoy an amazing series of shows for FREE, meet new friends, and (drum roll) you’ll get FREE STUFF! Our volunteer shift structure is based on a 4-hour, same day minimum with the following incentives that you'll receive after checking out of your shift(s) at the Volunteer Tent:

***Hours volunteered on the set up days prior to the festival will work in the same way. You'll just get to pick which day(s) you get your festival ticket for.
General Housekeeping Info:
• Those under 21 cannot bartend or check ID's.
• All volunteers to check in and check out of shifts at the Volunteer Tent.
• Please roll up to your shift ~ 15min early for knowledge transfer from the previous shift.
• We'll have an orientation / meet & greet at the Promise Land Market on Thursday May 9th at 6pm. Attendance is strongly encouraged so you can meet the Team and new kick-butt best friends you didn't know you had!
• Those working the main gate, volunteer check-in, merch and alcohol sales will have a TBD / convenient-to-the-group Point of Sale orientation meeting (possibly online).
• Sometimes we need to move people around departments based on real-time needs, so if there is something that you can't / won't do, please indicate that on your application.
