Join us in Townsend, TN, for one of the most anticipated Jeep events in the Smoky Mountains! Hosted annually since 2018, Jeeps Takeover Townsend is a family-friendly and pet-friendly celebration of all things Jeep, drawing Jeep enthusiasts from across the region for a weekend of adventure, community, and shopping. NEW THIS YEAR we are hosting the Vendor Marketplace at the Townsend Event Center, located just .5 miles from Cades Cove Jeep Outpost, 2 miles from the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and 16 miles from the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge. πŸ“… Event Dates: August 20-22, 2026 πŸ“ Vendor Location: Townsend Event Center πŸ›οΈ Vendor Hours: Thursday, Friday & Saturday (August 20-22) | 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. About the application

This volunteer position could include the following tasks: assisting with setting up vendor areas, signage and event materials before opening, helping vendors unload/load merchandise, and breakdown and clean up after the event. By completing this electronic registration form, you are volunteering to work a shift or two at Jeeps Takeover Townsend ! We are anticipating thousands of attendees and we need friendly, hardworking, helpful folks to assist our visitors as they enjoy the activities. As a small token or our gratitude, volunteers will receive a complimentary custom T-shirt, free parking, and the appreciation of our entire team!

I am voluntarily volunteering for Jeeps Takeover Townsend with knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agree to accept any and all risk of injury or death. I hereby certify that I am not aware of any medical condition, physical infirmity, ailment, injury, or limitation of any nature rendering me incapable of completing the activity. I HEREBY AGREE TO BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN WELFARE AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS OF ILLNESS, INJURY, TRAUMA, OR DEATH. I HEREBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE CADES COVE JEEP OUTPOST LLC, ITS STAFF, AND MEMBERS FROM ANY CLAIM, ACTION OR INTENT LEADING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE ACTIVITIES. This release is binding upon my heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, it being my intention to fully assume all of the risks and liabilities associated with this event. I understand that Cades Cove Jeep Outpost LLC reserves the right to exclude from the activity any person it judges to be incapable of meeting the rigors of participating in the activities or who refuses or is unwilling to follow the directives of the event staff. Additionally, I grant Cades Cove Jeep Outpost LLC, its legal representatives, successors, assigns and those acting through it, the absolute and unqualified right and permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use my image, likeness, picture, or audio/visual depiction of me in connection with Cades Cove Jeep Outpost for illustration, promoting, marketing or other purposes. Cades Cove Jeep Outpost LLC may rely upon this permission as full authorization to use my image without any future consent.
