About the event

Apple Harvest Day is a day-long family event, featuring 250 vendors, great food, live entertainment, and a 5k road race. The event was first held in 1985 with a dozen crafters and now draws more than 60,000 people to downtown Dover, making it one of the region's most popular fall festivals.

About the application

We partners with North Country Cider to offer hard cider to race participants (or spectators) 21 or over. Following the race, participants are able to enjoy North Country Cider in the cider tent area. We will need volunteers to help check IDs, hand out cups, pour cider, and help with cleanup. Non-alcohol option are also available.
