About the application

Welcome to the Surfside Music Festival Volunteer Team! We are thrilled you are interested in making a difference. Our volunteer program mobilizes local community members to provide assistance with festival responsibilities and make the event a great experience for everyone. What to Expect: Time Commitment - 4 hours Fill out the Form: Provide your contact info and skills. Select Interests: Choose which programs you want to support (e.g., tickets, festival maintenance, food/refreshment counter) Review & Submit: Read the waiver and submit. Once submitted, our coordinator will review your application and contact you within 3 business days for a brief chat to discuss scheduling. Thank you for your support!

Terms & Conditions

Roles: Positions include beverage servers, cashiers (EventCard/EventBand system), and front gate ticket scanning. Flexibility: Volunteers may be asked to switch roles at the last minute to meet event needs. Application Process: Requires an online application and a $15 registration fee (proceeds donated to The Festival of Children). Confirmation: Volunteers receive confirmation via email within two weeks of applying. Commitment: A minimum of 1 shift and a maximum of 4 shifts is expected. For detailed, up-to-date requirements, it is recommended to review the confirmation email received after application.
