Silent Auction Ambassadors

Please arrive before 5pm to get settled in. You will be an ambassador for LeMoyne, so please make sure our sponsors, artists, and ticket holders all feel welcome! You will be there to: Answer questions about the silent auction, assist in online silent bidding, encourage bidding, close bidding and help staff get organized for check-out. What to wear: This is a French Garden Party, along with an artful hat contest, feel free to embrace that! Otherwise, just keep it simple and professional. Masks are required inside the gallery, but you're welcome to wear one anytime. There will be a brown-bag meal for you to grab in the kitchen during your down time. Attached is a set-up prep document so you know all the details in case a guest has a question. There is also parking information included. We appreciate your help!
