Check-in

This is an important job, perfect for friendly-fast-organized people! You will need to greet guests, assist with finding check-in folders, name tags, provide program and bid numbers, guide to bars and auctions, etc. A staff member will be there to help use the Credit Card "Clover" system if needed. Please arrive before 5pm to get settled in. You will be an ambassador for LeMoyne, so please make sure our sponsors, artists, and ticket holders all feel welcome! What to wear: This is a French Garden Party, along with an artful hat contest, feel free to embrace that! Otherwise, just keep it simple and professional. Masks are required inside the gallery, but you're welcome to wear one anytime. There will be a brown-bag meal for you to grab in the kitchen during your down time. Attached is a set-up prep document so you know all the details in case a guest has a question. There is also parking information included. We appreciate your help!
