About the event

Dress to Express! Join us Saturday October 11th for Petaluma Pride's Costume After Party at The Hall of the Above from 7-11pm. This is an 18+ event. Local DJ's and drag performers. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase along with Petaluma Pride swag. Game room, Selfie room, and more available in downstairs area. $20 for general admission tickets $50 for VIP (access to mezzanine with private bartender and two drink tickets)

About the application

Hey Friends, we are looking for volunteers to help us out with setup, tear down, bartending 21+ only, cleanup during event, monitoring throughout event, and ticket check-in. Anyone who signs up will get entry into the entire event and a drink ticket. Feel free to sign up for one or multiple positions.

We're looking for folks who can help us setup and decorate the spaces that we will be using at this year's After Party. For example... Selfie Room, Chill Game Area, Bar spaces, VIP mezzanine, and general decorations.
Bar Tender VIP Area (21+)	Hall of the Above	Oct 11, 2025 6:30 pm - 11:00 pm	1	5
Bar tend for an intimate VIP section. A few pre-selected cocktail options and wine and beer will be offered. (Must be 21 for this position)

Bartend for the After Party main bar area with a few pre-selected cocktails and beer and wine options available. (Must be 21 for this position).

Check in folks who are arriving with tickets, Check ID's for 21+ and provide bracelets.
Monitor & Clean up	Hall of the Above	Oct 11, 2025 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm	2	2
Take turns monitoring VIP entrance (patrons will have a specific bracelet) and walking through event space to support with general clean up (as needed).
