About the event
The Downtown Concert Series is a 4 week series produced by Downtown Vision (DVI), the Business Improvement District, and The Florida Theatre to bring people to the cultural and historical center of the city and showcase Jacksonville’s deep and energetic pool of creative talent. This concert series, the first of its kind in Jacksonville, begins on Thursday, April 8, 2021 and continues on every successive Thursday through April 29, 2021. With the St John's River as the backdrop, we highlight the construction and changes coming to Downtown Jacksonville. We estimate that 5,000 will be in attendance during each weekly concert, a great opportunities for vendors and food trucks to engage with the local Jacksonville community; those that live, work, and play downtown.
