Tenting & Product Offerings
Vendors must provide their own presentable commercial grade tenting (or heavy duty canopy) with efficient weights, tent lighting, Table, Chairs and presentation signage / back wall banner. This is a family friendly event, so at this time we are not accepting or approving any artist vendors with 18+ only content unless this content is less than 5% of your overall content and is not displayed for public viewing. If these rules are not followed, you will forfeit your vendor fee, your vendor position at the event, and will no longer be able to participate in any further future events.
 
Application process
All applications are subject for approval. Application filing does not guarantee approval. Upon completion of this application, you will not be charged until your application has been approved. This is an electronic agreement and by applying for your booth(s), you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.   Vending Rules

Anime Wonder Festival is a 2-day Outdoor Anime & Japanese Food / Pop-Culture Festival. Anime takes over Tucson on December 9 and December 10 at Rillito Park Race Track in Tucson, AZ. The AW festival experience will be showcasing the arts with Exhibitors and Artist Vendors, Anime & Video Game Voice Actors, Japanese & Asian Food, Itasha Car Displays, Guest Cosplayers, Cosplay Competitions, A Saturday Night Rave, Main Stage Entertainment, Music, and more! Our festival breaks the barriers of a usual in-door Anime convention. Join us in the 2-day escape in fresh air and jump into the awesome world of Anime. TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE DOOR. MUST PURCHASE IN ADVANCE.

All vendors fees are non-refundable. [Please see our terms and conditions] Upon completion of this application, you will not be charged until if and only if your application has been approved.
 
Vending Rules
• Vendor spaces cannot be shared with any other entities other than the one entity who has applied.
• Your space must remain clean and presentable at all times.• Vendors are required to leave their equipment at the venue overnight. Overnight security will be present at the venue to be sure to prevent any theft issues.
 
Any violation of these rules will forfeit your vendor space at the event and you will not be considered for future events.
