EARLY BIRD PRICING! Apply here to become one of our Artist vendors for Artist Village. Vendor spaces includes a vendor space footprint only. Tables, Chairs and Tents are not included** Artist vendors come with two (2) Festival Wristbands in total.

FOOD VENDORS - Friday, Dec 8th - 2pm - 5pm (Must arrive no later than 3pm)
ITASHAS - Friday, Dec 8th - 2pm - 4pm (Must arrive no later than 4pm)

NOTE: You must provide and upload your Arizona Sales Tax Permit and Food permit in the "photos" upload.
 
Tenting & Product Offerings
Vendors must provide their own presentable commercial grade tenting (or heavy duty canopy) with efficient weights, tent lighting, Table, Chairs and presentation signage / back wall banner. This is a family friendly event, so at this time we are not accepting or approving any artist vendors with 18+ only content unless this content is less than 5% of your overall content and is not displayed for public viewing. If these rules are not followed, you will forfeit your vendor fee, your vendor position at the event, and will no longer be able to participate in any further future events.
 
Application process
All applications are subject for approval. Application filing does not guarantee approval. Upon completion of this application, you will not be charged until your application has been approved. This is an electronic agreement and by applying for your booth(s), you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

 

Vending Rules
• Vendor spaces cannot be shared with any other entities other than the one entity who has applied.

• Your space be clean and presentable at all times.

 

Any violation of these rules will forfeit your your vendor space at the event and you will not be considered for future events.

All vendors fees are non-refundable. [Please see our terms and conditions] Upon completion of this application, you will not be charged until if and only if your application has been approved.
 
Vending Rules

• Vendors are required to leave their equipment at the venue overnight. Overnight security will be present at the venue to be sure to prevent any theft issues.
