About the event

Humboldt Made and the North Coast Growers Association transform the streets of Old Town Eureka into a festive place to meet up with friends and neighbors after the long work week. Friday Night Market has it all; farmers market, arts and craft vendors, bar featuring the best of Humboldt produced beverages, a wide variety of food vendors and of course, live local music for dancing. Not to mention we are located in the heart of Old Town surrounded by a fabulous array of shops, lively bars, music venues and fantastic restaurants.

About the application

Eureka Friday Night Market is the premier Summer festival, especially when it comes to the wide array of food vendors that grace the streets of Old Town every week.  With upwards to 5,000 attendees every Market, attendees enjoy being able to brows a large diverse selection of local artisans, crafters, farmers, food vendors and more.  
 
How the Application & Registration Payment Process Works:
 
  1. Submit Application (You'll be asked to add a method of payment, you will NOT be charged until a later date that is agreed upon between Humboldt Made & each Vendor)
  2. Your Application is Approved!
  3. You will receive Registration Payment Fee instructions!
  4. Your space in the Market is Officially CONFIRMED!
 
Are you a registered 501c3 Non-Profit?  Once your organization's status is verified, you will receive a discount code to apply towards your registration fee 🙂 (All discount codes are distributed at the discretion of the event coordination team)
 
We reserve a limited number of booth spaces for local Non-Profits and other organizations that would like booth spaces to share information on their mission and/or services.  These spaces are limited and fill up fast, so we encourage booking as far in advance as possible.
 
We do our best to make sure everyone gets placement at the market, but due to very high demand for booth spaces, we do curate to an extent to ensure we are offering a diverse offering of vendors during the event - as such, please note that filling out this application does not solidify your placement in the market, once your application is accepted, someone will confirm your placement and arrange for booth payment.  Only when your payment has posted is your space considered FULLY reserved.
 

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of this Application to the Eureka Friday Night Market event series presented by Humboldt Made:
 
  1. Submitting this application does not constitute guaranteed placement within the Eureka Friday Night Market event.  Applications go through a review process to ensure that our event guidelines are met and that we are providing the best possible experience for all attendees.
  2. All accepted participants (vendors, artists, musicians, performers, etc.) will be asked to read, sign and adhere by our policy and code of conduct documents - failure to do so with disqualify the applicant from participating in the event.
  3. By submitting this application, you are hereby stating that you are legally allowed to sell your products in an open air event environment that is patronized by all ages in a family-friendly setting.
  4. Upon approval of your application by the organizing team, you are expected to furnish registration payment for your booth within 14 days after receiving your acceptance letter.
  5. Your status as a fully confirmed vendor is finalized when you make your payment.  Delays in furnish payment may result in the loss of your space or modification in your booth placement within the event footprint.
  6. Violations of our event Policies, rules, regulations (including those rules, regulations, laws and ordinances of DHHS and the City of Eureka) may result in immediate expulsion from the event with no refund.
  7. Humboldt Made and Eureka Friday Night Market has a no-refunds policy - this includes but is not limited to violation of event policies, weather, certain acts of god, failure to arrive in a timely manner, etc.
  8. By submitting this application, you are hereby attesting that all information supplied is truthful and accurate (misrepresentation and false statements will result in the immediate rejection of the application).
