Five Points Fest is the Ultimate East Coast Designer Toy, Street Art, Kaiju/Sofubi, Underground Art, Craft Beer, Illustration, Geek, and Collector Festival! The antidote to the average con, Five Points Fest brings together tastemakers, misfits, and rebels into a one-of-a-kind marketplace. Five Points Fest is a curated celebration of world-class, cutting-edge, designer toys, alternative comics, and independent artists. Featuring crazy monsters, bizarre creatures, awesome robots, weird aliens, and pop culture perversions, we bring together like-minded tribes for a massive party, unlike any con you’ve ever attended! Five Points Festival is not the place to find things you already know, it's a place to discover something new!

About the registration

Five Points Festival is New York's premier designer toy and indie art convention. Taking place June 10-11, 2023 in Brooklyn NY, the show will celebrate the people at the heart of the art toy, and independent art & comic worlds - and we'd love you to join them!
 
If you are accepted, you'll hear from us by May 7th (or sooner) and be sent an agreement that must be returned with payment to reserve your space. 

All Artist Alley tables are $300 and include two vendor badges to Five Points. 

  • Tables are 6ft tables only and do not include pipe, drape, or electricity.
  • Tables must be covered by a tablecloth.
Artists can apply for individual tables only. These tables are not for manufacturers or for artists that display others' work. It must be ONLY your work or collaboration pieces.
 
All art needs to be the work of the creator at the table, with acceptable artwork including sketchbooks, prints, posters, comics, handmade toys, pins, plushes, and T-Shirts.

If you need walls, electricity, or a more prominent/larger space, please apply for a vendor booth.

Terms & Conditions

Artist Alley is not a cheaper alternative to Exhibit Hall, nor is it an easy way to make money off intellectual property that is not your own.

Mass production and sale of items by artists in Artist Alley could damage the integrity and threaten the continued existence of Artist Alley. Artists found to be producing and selling items in numbers rivaling those of Exhibit Hall vendors or utilizing Artist Alley in a manner that could potentially damage the integrity and spirit of Artist Alley may face immediate expulsion from Five Points Fest events.

The following items are prohibited from sale within Artist Alley:
● Bootleg products (any item purchased from a retailer with the intent to directly resale/ fakes/ copies). This DOES NOT apply to “bootleg genre” carded figured - please email for specific information. 
● Items that are a replication of licensed merchandise "copies".
● Traced, photoshopped, transferred, etc. art of a licensed image. This includes, but is not limited to, work from “redraw” projects which directly reference licensed images. Plagiarism of any kind is forbidden!
● 2nd or 3rd party items.
● Food, snacks, or beverages.
 
Proxy selling - Selling the works of a person who is not present and is a registered artist in Five Points fest Artist Alley is strictly prohibited. Collaborative works, such as anthologies, would be an exception to this rule. Please contact us for more info.

Studios - If multiple people are involved in the pieces for sale, all artists involved must be present for the entire duration of the convention. If you belong to a studio that has three or more employees and thus more than two people are represented in the displayed artwork, please consider acquiring a booth space.

Table Transfers - Tables are non-transferable from one artist to another.
Copyright Law - It is the responsibility of the artist to ensure that their artworks do not violate any copyright laws. Five Points Festival and the Artist Alley staff cannot and will not provide legal protection to artists under any circumstances.

Weapons Sales - Sales of weapons or props are prohibited in Artist Alley.
