1. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance and booth space.2. Applications are accepted on a space-available basis. 3. Provide a clear and accurate description of your products on the application along with photos of examples of your food and trailer or truck setup. 4. If you sell unapproved food items, you may be asked to leave. Either way, you will be banned from this festival in the future.5. The NC Black Bear Festival cannot guarantee that other vendors will not duplicate your type of food or drink items.6. All applications must be received by May 1, 2023. All booth sites will be assigned ten days prior to the event with confirmation sent as soon as assignments are completed. Applicants who do not include the specific measurements of their trailers may not receive timely placement. Please make sure to include them in your initial application.7. Payment information for space must accompany application. The application fees will be deducted once you have been approved for the festival. 8. Registration fees are non-refundable with the exception of confirmed cancellations made prior to May 9, 2023* 9. Non-profit vendors must include proof of their non-profit status with their applications.10. Non-profits must describe information/service you will be offering and/or items to be raffled. 11. Vendors are required to set up starting Friday, June 3rd from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday, June 4th from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. 1. Non-profit vendors must include proof of their non-profit status with their applications.10. Non-profits must describe information/service you will be offering and/or items to be raffled. 11. Vendors are required to set up starting Friday, June 3rd from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday, June 4th from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. 12. You are responsible for items left at your booth. 13. All vendors must clean the area around their booth space(s) before they leave at the end of the day. 14. The need for a larger than 20 service amp electrical hook-up must be communicated and approved in advance. 15. Generators are not allowed unless you have communicated the need for one in this application and had it approved. 16. The NC Black Bear Festival Committee reserves the right to remove any vendor from the Festival if it feels the vendor is in violation of the rules and regulations or the spirit of the Festival. BOOTH FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF A VENDOR IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE RULES.
