About the event

Suwanee Fest will be VIRTUAL this year! We know you still want to get your shop on, so our vendors will be opening their online stores now through the end of the month! On September 19-20 (festival weekend), we will be posting LIVE videos with fun games, contests, entertainment, vendor showcases, and sponsor spotlights! It's like Suwanee Fest always has been - only from your couch. And with air conditioning.

About the registration

Suwanee Fest is a two-day juried art show for handcrafted and handmade items only. Read the Exhibitor Guidelines carefully before completing your application. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application. Booth fees are due upon acceptance to the event. The Suwanee Fest committee will be accepting applications for participation in the September 19 & 20 event. All applications must be complete by March 31, 2020. In April 2020, the jury will select exhibitors and notify all applicants. Accepted applicants will receive notification via email through Eventeny website and booth fees will be charge on May 15. Selection will be based upon the desirability of items, originality of the product(s), price-point of items, and timeliness in meeting of application deadline. If we do not receive ALL materials by the application deadline, you will not be considered for Suwanee Fest.

The City of Suwanee a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives, thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.

Electrical outlet rental $100 Non-refundable PER outlet (110 volt). Must supply your own 100 foot extension cord.
