Suwanee Fest is a two-day juried art show for handcrafted and handmade items only. Read the Exhibitor Guidelines carefully before completing your application. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application. Booth fees are due in mid-July and notification will be sent before fees are processed. In the event the festival is cancelled, booth fees will be refunded but the application fee is non-refundable ($25). The Suwanee Fest committee will be accepting applications for participation in the September 19 & 20 event. All applications must be complete by July 1, 2020. The jury will select exhibitors and notify all applicants. Accepted applicants will receive notification via email through Eventeny website and booth fees will be charge in mid-July once it is certain that the festival will take place. In the event that Suwanee Fest is cancelled, booth fees will be refunded but the application fee is non-refundable($25). Selection will be based upon the desirability of items, originality of the product(s), price-point of items, and timeliness in meeting of application deadline. If we do not receive ALL materials by the application deadline, you will not be considered for Suwanee Fest.

The City of Suwanee a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives, thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss
