About the event

Since 1969, the Three Rivers Festival has grown to become Indiana's second largest summer festival, an annual nine-day community celebration. The Three Rivers Festival is a not-for-profit organization, funded entirely by vendor participation fees, souvenir sales, refreshments & entertainment ticket sales, and the generous sponsorship and support of area businesses.

3-person Teams compete in a relay-style race
Prizes up to $450.00 
Location: Festival Plaza (Headwaters EAST Pavilion) -
5:30pm Check In, Races Begin 6:30pm
Stay & party with your friends after the races
Entry Fee: $30.00 per team.

Terms & Conditions

1. $30 entry fee per 3-person team. 
2. Each team must consist of 3 members.
3. All participants must work in a full-service restaurant.
4. Team members must wear the same uniform; teams that do not will incur a 50 second penalty.
5. Each team must designate a Team Captain, responsible for their team.
6. Team check-in @ 5:30 PM Monday at Festival Plaza (Headwaters EAST Pavilion)
7. Race demo & rules review prior to contest. Team Captains must attend or team will be disqualified.
8. Heats begin @ 6:30 PM with finals immediately following.
9. Competition will be judged on speed and accuracy of table settings.
10. Penalties incurred for dropped, spilled or misplaced items.
11. Teams advancing to the next round will be selected based on fastest times.
12. Rules Committee reserves the right to disqualify any team not complying with the rules or spirit of the contest.
13. Any team interfering with the progress of another team will be disqualified.
14. Walk up teams will be accepted as space permits.
