🎄 Outdoor market · Rain or shine
Join us for a day of holiday shopping in Conway! We’re inviting shoppers to stop by after the Conway Christmas Parade to browse handmade goods, find unique gifts, and meet the local makers and small businesses behind them. Admission and parking are free for shoppers.
How to Apply
Complete the vendor application and include clear photos of your products and booth setup. We’ll review your application and send a confirmation email if you’re approved.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Spaces are limited and assigned to approved applicants.
We may limit categories to give shoppers a variety of products. Vendors with similar products may be approved when their items differ in style, design, materials, or how they’re made.
Only one representative per MLM or direct sales company will be accepted.
Food Vendor Requirements
All food vendors must hold a valid City of Conway business license and be on the approved food vendor list to participate. Main Street Events will verify both requirements before approving your application. Food vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes on every sale made at the market.
Booth Requirements
Standard outdoor vendor spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet. Vendors must provide their own canopy, tables, chairs, table coverings that reach the ground, displays, signage, and any other equipment needed for setup.
Secure your canopy with at least 30 pounds of weight on each leg. Bring weights even if you normally use stakes, as staking may be restricted.
Each booth is reserved for one approved business. Booth sharing and resale are prohibited.
Display and sell only the products approved on your application. Get written approval before bringing additional products to sell.
Vendor bookings are final. Refunds, transfers, and date changes are unavailable.
Animals on Event Premises Policy
The Rivertown Holiday Market is an outdoor event, and Main Street Events enforces a No-Pets Policy for all vendors, staff, and exhibitors during setup, market hours, and takedown. Please make arrangements to leave pets at home, including emotional support, therapy, and companion animals. Service animals are welcome in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Setup and Takedown
Vendor setup will take place the morning of the market. We’ll email assigned arrival times and complete setup instructions closer to the event.
All vendors must remain fully set up and open for business until 3:00 PM. Begin packing up only after the market officially closes.
Payment and Official Communications
The card on file will be charged when your application is approved. If payment fails, your approval may be reversed and the space offered to another vendor. Keep a copy of your application and payment confirmation for your records.
Main Street Events is the only authorized organizer and vendor contact for the Rivertown Holiday Market. Verify payment requests with us directly. Do not pay through PayPal Friends & Family, Cash App, Venmo, or anyone claiming to collect payment on our behalf.

Venue, Date, & Cancellation Policies
Strict No-Refund Policy: All booth fees and payments are completely non-refundable for any reason under any framework. This absolute zero-refund policy includes but not limited to vendor cancellation, personal emergencies, vendor illness, death, category changes, event cancellation, event rescheduling, venue relocation, inclement weather, or acts of God. Cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Permitted Venue Relocation & Layout Adjustments: Because event logistics are coordinated up to one (1) year in advance, Main Street Events reserves the right to relocate the event to any alternate venue located within a fifteen (15) mile driving radius of the originally advertised location. Any relocation within this 15-mile boundary, or any layout modification (including transitioning booths between indoor and outdoor spaces), shall not entitle the Vendor to a fee reduction, refund, or credit. If Main Street Events relocates the event to a venue that exceeds a fifteen (15) mile driving radius from the original site due to operational needs or acts of God, vendors who are unable or unwilling to attend the new location will be issued a future event credit voucher valid for twelve (12) months, provided they notify the Organizer in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of the change announcement. If written notice is not received within this 48-hour window, no credit voucher will be issued.
Rescheduling & Date Changes: Main Street Events reserves the right to postpone or reschedule event dates due to venue conflicts, acts of God, weather emergencies, public safety mandates, or scheduling issues. In the event of a date change, the Vendor’s booth and fees will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. There are strictly no cash refunds for rescheduled or postponed events. If the Vendor is unable or unwilling to participate on the rescheduled date, a non-transferable credit voucher valid for twelve (12) months will be issued, provided the Vendor submits written notice of their cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours of the rescheduling announcement. If written notice is not received within this 48-hour window, all fees are entirely forfeited and no credit will be issued.
Weather Policy: All outdoor or partially outdoor event segments operate strictly "Rain or Shine." Vendors assume all operational, material, and financial risks associated with inclement weather, acts of God, or natural elements. No credits, refunds, or fee adjustments will be granted due to poor weather conditions, lower-than-anticipated foot traffic, or early vendor departures.
Removal and Dismissal Policy: Main Street Events reserves the absolute right to restrict, shut down, or immediately remove any vendor, display, or representative from the event premises for ANY reason deemed necessary by management, including but not limited to safety violations, unapproved products, rule infractions, or unprofessional behavior. If a vendor is asked to leave the event for any reason, their space will be forfeited immediately, and they shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, or financial compensation whatsoever.
Cancellation Notice & Waitlist Discretion: If you are completely unable to attend the event due to personal reasons, illness, or a death in the family, you must contact Main Street Events immediately through the Eventeny messaging system. While no automatic credits or transfers are provided, Main Street Events may, at its sole and absolute discretion, attempt to reassign your booth space to an approved vendor from our official waitlist. If—and only if—Main Street Events successfully reassigns the space and collects payment from a replacement vendor in full, a future event credit voucher may be issued to the canceling vendor, minus a 20% administrative and processing fee.
Prohibited Items & Conduct
For the safety and comfort of everyone attending, the following are strictly prohibited at the event:
- Pets or animals, with the exception of trained service animals
- Weapons of any kind
- Alcoholic beverages
- llegal drugs, substances, or drug-related activity
Anyone found violating this policy may be required to leave the event immediately. Vendors in violation may have their booth closed and be removed from the event without a refund. Serious violations, including possession of illegal substances or prohibited weapons, will be reported to venue security and/or local law enforcement. Failure to follow this policy will also result in the vendor being prohibited from participating in future events hosted in whole or in part by Main Street Events.
Professional Conduct
Respectful Interaction: Vendors and their representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward guests, fellow vendors, event staff, venue employees, and other participating organizations.
Disruptions: Aggressive solicitation, harassment, disruptive behavior, or activities that interfere with another participant's booth space are strictly prohibited.
Optional Cancellation Coverage
Third-Party Insurance: Unexpected situations can happen, especially when registering months in advance. Cancellation coverage is not required, but we highly recommend considering it because vendor payments are non-refundable for any reason. Depending on the policy, it may help protect your booth fee if you cannot attend for a qualifying covered reason (such as sudden vendor illness).
Claims: Coverage is purchased directly from an independent insurance provider. Main Street Events does not manage claims, approvals, exclusions, or reimbursements. Please review your chosen policy carefully before purchasing.
Help Spread the Word
Once approved, please engage with the official event pages on social media, share it with your customers, and post photos of what you’ll be bringing!
Watch for Scammers
Authorized Contact: Main Street Events is the only authorized organizer and vendor contact for our events.
Secure Payments: Do not send payments through PayPal Friends & Family, Cash App, Venmo, or to individuals claiming they can privately reserve a space for you.
