About the application
Hilloween is Capitol Hill's Halloween Carnival for kids and their families. This year Hilloween falls on Halloween proper, so it's a great chance to engage with kids and Halloween with your merchandise. Only 5-6 vendors will be selected to participate.

Terms & Conditions
All sales final. The 5-6 vendors at the event will be chosen by end of day Monday 10/19/2026 (it could be earlier). Vendors are expected to dress up, decorate, and engage in the Halloween spirit for this event. Event attendees will be dressed up and ready for Halloween--so should you!
