Retail Vendor

The Johns Creek Diwali Celebration promises to be a wonderful time of community festivities in honor of the festival of lights! 

Vendor Fee:

$250 includes 10'x10' tent, 1 8' table, 2 chairs

Set-up: Saturday, November 7 at 12:00m *Set-up must be completed by 3:00pm

Tear down: Saturday, November 7 at 8:00pm

Vendor Parking: Parking is located in the City Hall parking lot, 11360 Lakefield Drive. Parking will be available until the lot is full, but no fear! We have three lots available for free general parking all day.

Vendor Fee: $250
Your fee INCLUDES a 10'x10' tent, 8' table, and 2 chairs. You ARE allowed to bring additional tables and chairs. (Must all fit in the 10x10 tent)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• If selected, all vendors’ fees must be paid in full by October 16, 2026. 
• Due to the high number of applications, not all applicants will be selected.
• We are unable to accomodate larger or duplicate booths this year due to location. 
• No partial payments will be accepted. 
• Any application received after October 16, 2026 will not be considered. 
• Fees are non-refundable.

Power will not be provided for this event. 
 

Liability 

The City of Johns Creek will not assume liability for any act of God, natural disaster, exposure to adverse weather conditions, damages or injuries, communicable diseases, or any cause above and beyond the control of the event. We appreciate everyone's cooperation. By participating in this event, you agree that neither the City of Johns Creek, nor their agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage or loss that may occur to the exhibitor or vendor, their agents or representatives or his or her property, regardless of the cause. Exhibitors and vendors must sign a waiver upon application submission to participate in the event.
