Lammy Teon's Fall Pop-Up Party

Join us for Lammy Teon’s Fall Pop-Up Party, a community vendor market hosted at Overcome Christian Ministry! This indoor event brings together local artisans, small business owners, apparel makers, and crafters for a fun, energetic day of autumn shopping and community connection.

Our vision is to highlight local talent and offer vendors a welcoming space to showcase their products to a diverse crowd of eager shoppers.

Vendor Amenities & Logistics:

Location: 33 South Main Street, Batavia, NY (Overcome Christian Ministry)
Space Provided: Each booth reservation includes space for an 8ft table setup.
Seating: A limited supply of chairs is available on-site for vendor use (allocated on a first-come, first-served basis). Vendors are also welcome to bring their own folding chairs.
Vendor Requirements: Vendors must bring their own tables, table coverings, banners, and display structures. 

Accepted Vendor Categories:

Handmade / Crafts: jewelry, décor, candles, art, seasonal gifts
Apparel & Accessories: custom clothing, hats, accessories
Beauty / Self-Care: skincare, soaps, wellness products
Food & Desserts: packaged treats, baked goods (no onsite cooking/frying)
Nonprofits / Community Organizations
Live Demos ( Examples: Reiki, Tarot, face painting etc.)

Category Descriptions:

Please select the category that best fits your primary products. We may adjust categories to help balance the event and avoid overcrowding of similar vendors.

Event Protocol:

All products must be family-friendly.
Vendors are responsible for their own table displays and signage.
Vendors agree to remain set up for the full event duration.
Professional and respectful behavior is expected at all times.

Food Vendor Requirements:

Only packaged/ready-to-sell items are permitted.
No cooking, heating, or open flames inside the venue.
Food vendors must follow local health and safety standards.

Parking & Load-In:

Vendors may unload at theparking lot entrances of 114 Liberty Street.
After unloading, please move vehicles to designated vendor parking areas to keep space open for attendees.
Event staff will be available to assist with directions.

Setup & Breakdown:

Setup: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Breakdown: Begins at 4:05 PM
Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by event host.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Vendor Cancellations:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of vendor fees.

 
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

 
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

 
"No-show" vendors forfeit all fees and may lose eligibility for future events.

 
Event Cancellations (Host-Initiated):

If the event is cancelled by Lammy Teon Creations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, facility issues, emergencies), vendors will receive a full refund of booth fees.
If the event is postponed, vendors may choose to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or receive a full refund.

Terms & Conditions & Liability Statement

By submitting a vendor application and participating in Lammy Teon’s Fall Pop-Up Party at 33 South Main Street (Overcome Christian Ministry), the vendor agrees to the following:

Liability Waiver: Lammy Teon Creations, Overcome Christian Ministry, event organizers, and affiliated staff are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, personal injury, or accidents occurring before, during, or after the event. Vendors participate entirely at their own risk.
Insurance Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for securing any insurance coverage desired for their own business, products, and equipment. The event does not provide vendor insurance coverage.
Product Safety: Vendors are solely responsible for the safety, quality, and legality of their offerings. Food vendors must comply with all local health department rules and safety codes.
Booth Conduct: Vendors agree to maintain a clean, safe, and professional setup within their designated space and adhere to all facility guidelines and load-in/load-out procedures.
Indemnification: Vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify Lammy Teon Creations, Overcome Christian Ministry, and venue representatives against any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from their participation, products, conduct, or equipment.
Acceptance of Terms: Application submission and vendor fee payment signify full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
