Food Trucks

This application is for Food Trucks only; pop-up food vendor spots are a separate application)

We are accepting a limited number of food trucks. Truck fee is $100 per 10x10 spot. If  your rig is longer than 10ft, then you must apply for an additional spot(s). To apply, briefly describe your business and attach a copy of your menu, your DEHEC certification, and proof of liability insurance using the links below. You may also submit pictures of your set up and featured menu items (optional).

Please know that submitting this application does NOT guarantee you a spot at the event. We will review all applications and let you know once all applications are in.

Yes, you will be charged a $25, non-refundable application fee; no, you will not be charged the $100 Food Truck Fee unless your application is approved.

NOTE: This is a no plastic, no-Styrofoam event; this includes utensils, cups, lids, straws, boxes, bags and to-go containers...

Check In:

Load in for food trucks is at 6-7:30am Sunday 11/2/25 at the Wicked Tuna.

YES, you may leave once your spot is set up and return by 11am.

Food service is 11am-5pm. Please be set up and ready to go. 

YES, you can sell coffee, etc. to chili teams, vendors, and volunteers before then, but expect the public at 11...

You may close up at 5pm or continue to serve until the Awards Ceremony has concluded, no later than 6pm. Please do not move your truck until authorized to do so, for safety reasons.

ZERO FOOTPRINT: 

This is a No Plastic/Styrofoam event. Any Styrofoam or single-use plastics like bottled water, for example, are strictly prohibited.

This includes to-go containers, cups, bags and utensils. Please.

You are responsible for your spot. Period. Bring trash bags, separate trash and recycling, and keep your spot clean.
