About the event
Terms & Conditions
Vendor Fees – All vendors must submit full payment in advance to secure their space. Vendors will not be granted access to the event grounds or receive pre-event communications until payment has been received and processed. Space is only confirmed once payment is received in full.
Booth Space – Each vendor will be provided with a 10' x 10' activation space. Vendors are responsible for bringing and setting up their own 10' x 10' tent, tables, chairs, and any additional setup materials.
Event Duration – Vendors are required to remain fully set up and operational for the entire duration of the event to ensure a high-quality experience for attendees. Early breakdown or departure is strictly prohibited.
Electricity & Water – Unless explicitly stated in pre-event communications, electricity and water will not be provided for vendors. Vendors should plan accordingly and bring necessary equipment if power or water access is required.
Weather Policy & Refunds/Transfers – The event will take place rain or shine. Refunds, credits, or transfers will not be issued due to vendor cancellations, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances outside of the organizer’s control.
Governing Law; Venue; Dispute Resolution. This Agreement, and any dispute arising from Vendor's participation in the Festival, is governed by Texas law, regardless of where the Festival is physically held. Vendor agrees that any lawsuit must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas, Texas, and waives any objection to that venue, including on grounds of inconvenience. Before filing suit, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through non-binding mediation in Dallas, Texas. If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas under the rules of [American Arbitration Association / preferred body], and the resulting award may be enforced in any court with jurisdiction
