KIDZ IN BIZ
About the application
Kidz in Biz is a youth entrepreneurship experience designed to give kids and teens the chance to create, run, and grow their own business in a real vendor event setting.
Participants will have their own designated Kidz in Biz space, interact with customers, practice sales and money skills, and compete for cash awards during the event. Up to three $50 awards may be given each day, based on the day's participation.
This program is for youth who are meaningfully involved in their business. Parents and guardians are welcome to assist with safety, setup, transportation, and age appropriate support, but the youth entrepreneur should be actively involved in creating or preparing products, pricing, customer interaction, and sales.
A short 30 to 60 second video from the youth entrepreneur is required with the application so we can learn a little about their business and make sure Kidz in Biz is the right fit.
Friday Only: $45
Saturday Only: $50
Both Days: $75

Adults may not primarily operate the booth, make the majority of sales, or use a Kidz in Biz space to sell products from an adult owned or adult operated business.
Event management reserves the right to speak directly with the youth participant before or during the event to confirm eligibility.
If a business does not meet the intent of the Kidz in Biz program, the participant may be asked to register as a regular vendor instead or discontinue participation.
