Snacks, Food & Beverage Vendor – Fall Kickoff Block Party

 

Join us for the Fall Kickoff Block Party on Saturday, September 12 | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM at Stars and Strikes in Woodstock, GA and serve your products to an engaged, family-focused community.

 

This free community event brings together local families, shoppers, and businesses for an afternoon of entertainment, activities, giveaways, and seasonal fun. We're seeking vendors offering food items, pre-packaged snacks, baked goods, candies, specialty treats, coffee, lemonade, teas, fresh beverages, non-alcoholic drinks, and other approved grab-and-go food and beverage items.

 

Our goal is to provide attendees with a diverse selection of food and beverage options while minimizing direct competition between vendors. Applications will be carefully reviewed to create a balanced vendor lineup and ensure a great experience for both vendors and guests.

Vendor space is limited, and applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-considered basis. Apply today to be part of one of Woodstock's premier community fall events.

Vendor Terms & Conditions, Release of Liability & Participation Agreement
Fall Kickoff Block Party

Hosted by Goin' Social Events in partnership with World Championship Taekwondo

 
By submitting an application, accepting a vendor placement, making payment, participating, or otherwise engaging as a vendor for the Fall Kickoff Block Party ("Event"), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by all terms, conditions, releases, waivers, and obligations contained herein.

This agreement is entered into between the participating vendor ("Vendor") and Goin' Social Events, its owners, members, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, volunteers, affiliates, successors, and assigns ("Organizer"), together with Stars and Strikes, World Championship Taekwondo, their respective owners, operators, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties").

1. Vendor Eligibility & Approval
Vendor acknowledges that acceptance into the Event is subject to Organizer approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, placement, or participation.

Organizer reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve, deny, restrict, remove, or modify vendor participation at any time to maintain event quality, safety, vendor diversity, operational efficiency, and compliance with venue requirements.

Approved vendors may include retail businesses, artisans, makers, boutiques, specialty retailers, family-friendly services, approved pre-packaged food vendors, and approved community organizations.

Only products and services disclosed during the application process and approved by Organizer may be displayed, marketed, or sold.

Organizer reserves the right to require removal of any product, display, signage, activity, or vendor that is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, offensive, or inconsistent with the Event.

 
2. Vendor Space Assignment
Vendor acknowledges and agrees that:

Booth assignments are made solely at Organizer's discretion.
Specific booth locations are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Organizer may relocate vendors due to operational needs, safety concerns, weather, venue requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Vendor may not assign, share, transfer, or sublease booth space without prior written approval.
 
3. Booth Requirements, Setup & Breakdown
Vendor is responsible for providing all equipment necessary for operation, including but not limited to:

Tent (if applicable)
Tent weights (required)
Tables
Chairs
Displays
Merchandise
Extension cords (if approved for electricity)
Lighting
Weather protection
Vendor agrees that:

Booth setup must occur during the designated load-in period.
Booths must be completely set up before the Event opens.
Vendors must remain open during all published event hours.
Early breakdown or departure is prohibited without Organizer approval.
Vendor shall remove all trash and restore its space to its original condition following the Event.
Vendor assumes full responsibility for the security of its property throughout the Event.

 
4. Vendor Fees & Payment
Vendor fees are paid in consideration for participation opportunities and Event production costs.

All vendor fees are:

Non-refundable
Non-transferable
Vendor understands that participation does not guarantee sales, customer traffic, exposure, or financial success.

Organizer makes no representations regarding:

Attendance
Customer volume
Sales
Revenue
Marketing results
Profitability
Vendor voluntarily assumes all business risks associated with participation.

 
5. Electricity
Limited electricity may be available only if approved in advance.

Vendor agrees that:

Unauthorized electrical connections are prohibited.
Vendor must supply approved extension cords.
Organizer and venue are not responsible for power interruptions or equipment failure.
 
6. Compliance
Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required:

Business licenses
Sales tax registration
Health permits
Food permits
Insurance
Government approvals
Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, county, local, and venue regulations.

 
7. Assumption of Risk
Vendor acknowledges that participation in a public event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Weather
Wind
Rain
Heat
Uneven surfaces
Theft
Property damage
Equipment failure
Customer interactions
Low attendance
Reduced sales
Business interruption
Personal injury
Vendor voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.

 
8. Weather, Cancellation & Event Changes
The Event is intended to operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.

Organizer reserves the right to:

Delay or cancel the Event
Modify operating hours
Relocate vendors
Adjust layouts
Restrict participation
Make operational changes necessary for safety
If the Event is canceled or modified due to weather, acts of God, emergencies, government action, venue requirements, or circumstances beyond Organizer's control, refunds are not guaranteed.

Organizer shall not be responsible for reimbursement of:

Vendor fees
Travel expenses
Lodging
Inventory costs
Lost sales
Lost profits
Business expenses
 
9. Sales & Attendance Disclaimer
Vendor understands and agrees that Organizer makes no guarantees regarding:

Attendance
Customer traffic
Sales performance
Revenue
Profitability
Vendor releases Organizer and the Released Parties from any claims relating to:

Low attendance
Poor sales
Lost revenue
Lost profits
Unsold inventory
Business interruption
 
10. Vendor Conduct
Vendor agrees to maintain professional conduct at all times.

Organizer may immediately remove any vendor engaging in conduct deemed:

Unsafe
Illegal
Offensive
Disruptive
Misleading
In violation of Event policies
No refund shall be issued following removal.

 
11. Release of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Vendor hereby releases, waives, discharges, and forever holds harmless Goin' Social Events, Stars and Strikes, World Championship Taekwondo, and each of their owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents, representatives, sponsors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, causes of action, judgments, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to Vendor's participation in the Event.

This release specifically includes, without limitation:

Personal injury
Death
Illness
Theft
Property damage
Loss or damage to merchandise
Damage to tents, equipment, displays, or vehicles
Loss of sales
Loss of income
Loss of profits
Lost business opportunities
Reduced customer traffic
Weather-related damages
Event cancellation or modification
Customer disputes
Acts or omissions of attendees, other vendors, contractors, or third parties
Vendor further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, attorney's fees, or expenses arising from Vendor's products, operations, employees, representatives, negligence, or breach of this Agreement.

 
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or economic damages arising from Vendor participation.

Under no circumstances shall the liability of Organizer exceed the amount of vendor fees actually paid by Vendor.

 
13. Photography & Promotional Rights
Vendor grants Organizer permission to photograph, film, and record Vendor's booth, products, business name, logo, employees, and participation for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, and archival purposes without compensation.

 
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any legal action relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Georgia.

 
15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Vendor and Organizer regarding participation in the Event and supersedes all prior discussions or representations.

By submitting an application, paying vendor fees, or participating in the Event, Vendor acknowledges that they:

Have read and understand this Agreement.
Voluntarily agree to be legally bound by its terms.
Assume all risks associated with participation.
Accept full responsibility for their booth, products, employees, representatives, equipment, and financial outcomes.

Prices

Single booth (10x10) $30.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Standard Booth Size All vendor spaces are assigned as: 10' wide × 10' deep maximum Vendors are responsible for ensuring their entire booth setup remains within their assigned space. Booth Setup Requirements Vendors must ensure: Tents, trailers, tables, displays, equipment, signage, and merchandise fit safely within the assigned booth footprint. No portion of the booth obstructs walkways, emergency access routes, entrances, exits, or neighboring vendor spaces. Booths remain clean, organized, professional, and safe throughout the duration of the Event. All tents must be properly secured with adequate weights. Stakes are not permitted unless specifically approved by the venue. Booth setups may not exceed 10' × 10' unless additional space has been approved in advance by Event Organizer. Vendor-Provided Equipment Vendors are responsible for supplying everything needed to operate their booth, including but not limited to: Trailer Tent or canopy Tent weights Tables Chairs Displays Signage Extension cords (if approved for electricity) Lighting (if needed) Merchandise and point-of-sale equipment Any additional booth materials or supplies No tents, tables, chairs, electricity, or other equipment will be provided by Goin' Social Events, Stars and Strikes, or World Championship Taekwondo. Vendors will receive only their assigned booth space.
Double booth (10x20) $50.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Double Booth Size All vendor spaces are assigned as: 10' wide × 20' deep maximum Vendors are responsible for ensuring their entire booth setup remains within their assigned space. Booth Setup Requirements Vendors must ensure: Tents, trailers, tables, displays, equipment, signage, and merchandise fit safely within the assigned booth footprint. No portion of the booth obstructs walkways, emergency access routes, entrances, exits, or neighboring vendor spaces. Booths remain clean, organized, professional, and safe throughout the duration of the Event. All tents must be properly secured with adequate weights. Booth Setup Requirements Vendors must ensure: Tents, trailers, tables, displays, equipment, signage, and merchandise fit safely within the assigned booth footprint. No portion of the booth obstructs walkways, emergency access routes, entrances, exits, or neighboring vendor spaces. Booths remain clean, organized, professional, and safe throughout the duration of the Event. All tents must be properly secured with adequate weights.
