CousinzCon 2026 Community Resource & Exhibitor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in CousinzCon 2026, the official pre-festival summit of Cousinz Festival.

CousinzCon is a free community experience that brings together local, regional, and national leaders for conversations centered around financial literacy, health and wellness, education, civic engagement, and media and entertainment.

We are seeking a limited number of community organizations, nonprofits, educational institutions, government agencies, and mission-driven businesses to provide resources and engage with attendees throughout the event.

Exhibitor Information

• One (1) 8-foot table provided
• Two (2) exhibitor credentials
• Indoor exhibit space inside the Historic Attucks Theatre
• No exhibitor fee

Please note that electricity and internet access are not guaranteed and will be provided only upon availability.

This is a community resource opportunity. Sales activities & Food and beverage vendors are not permitted under this application.

Applications will be reviewed based on organizational mission, community impact, and relevance to the goals of CousinzCon.

• Event Hours: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Load-Out: 7:00 PM–8:00 PM

By submitting this application, applicants acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• Space is limited and exhibitors will be selected at the discretion of Global Music Touring.
• Approved exhibitors will receive one (1) complimentary 8-foot table and two (2) exhibitor credentials.
• Exhibitors are responsible for bringing any additional display materials, table coverings, signage, and promotional items.
• Exhibitors must remain open and staffed during official event hours unless otherwise approved.
• Exhibitors may not sublease, assign, or share their space without written approval.
• The sale of food or beverages is prohibited unless specifically authorized.
• Exhibitors must comply with all venue rules, fire codes, and directions from event staff.
• Global Music Touring reserves the right to request the removal of displays, materials, or activities deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the mission of CousinzCon.
• Exhibitors are responsible for removing all materials from their assigned space at the conclusion of the event.
• By participating, exhibitors grant Global Music Touring permission to photograph and record their booth and representatives for promotional purposes.
