Rides & Vibes Car Show Food Truck

• Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the event.

• The Event Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor at its sole discretion.

• Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with further event instructions.

• Food truck vendor fees must be paid in full by Sept 14th

• Fees are non-refundable

• Food truck set-up must be completed during the designated window:
  12:30pm-1:30pm

• Trucks arriving after the event start time will not be permitted to drive into the vendor area.

• Vendors must remain parked in their assigned space for the full duration of the event.

• The event runs from 2pm to 6:00 PM.

• Early breakdown or departure is not permitted.

• Loading and departure may begin after 6:00 PM, once foot traffic has cleared and staff give the all-clear.

• All food truck vendors must provide valid copies of:

  • Business license

  • Food handler’s permit

  • Health department certification

  • Proof of insurance (liability coverage minimum as required by local law)

• Documentation must be submitted prior to the event or with your application, if requested.

• All food trucks must comply with local health and fire codes.

• Each truck must have a working fire extinguisher on board.

• Vendors must maintain clean work areas and dispose of waste properly.

• Grey water, grease, or other waste may not be dumped on-site.

• No electrical or water hookups are provided.

• Vendors must be self-contained and operate independently.

• Space will be assigned based on truck size and event layout.

• Requests for specific locations are considered but not guaranteed.

• All vendors and staff must behave professionally and respectfully at all times.

• No loud, offensive, or inappropriate signage or conduct will be tolerated.

• The Organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor without refund for violations of these terms.

• Vendors participate at their own risk.

• The Organizer, venue, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage incurred before, during, or after the event.

• Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless all aforementioned parties from any claims arising from their participation.

• This is an outdoor. Rain date is Oct 19th

• No refunds will be given due to inclement weather

• Vendors who fail to attend forfeit all fees.

• No credits or rollovers will be offered for no-shows. Unless the event was moved to the rain date. 

• By participating, vendors grant the Organizer permission to use their name, logo, and photos of their truck/food in promotional materials, social media, and press related to the event.

By submitting this application and payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
