Vendor Information – Event Day Details

Parking & Unloading 

Parking is free in all shopping center lots. Vendors may unload in the lot closest to the event area before setup. After unloading, all vehicles must be moved to any of the other parking lots so the nearest lot remains available for customer parking.

Booth Equipment 

Tents, tables, and chairs are not provided. Please bring all equipment and supplies required for your booth.

Event Location 

This is an outdoor event held in the center of the shopping center, directly outside the food court.

Restrooms 

Restrooms are available inside the food court building.

Electricity 

Electrical access is not available for vendor use.

Weather 

The event will take place rain or shine.

Transporting Materials 

Rescues and vendors must park in the designated vendor parking lot and transport all booth materials to their assigned space. Vehicles cannot be driven or parked next to booths. Dollies, carts, and volunteer assistance will not be available for unloading or setup. Please come fully prepared with any equipment needed to move your materials independently.

Please review the following requirements carefully before registering for the event.

Registration and Booth Fees
All registration fees are nonrefundable.

Animal Health Requirements
For the health and safety of all animals attending the event, every kitten, cat, and dog must:

Be spayed or neutered, except for puppies that qualify for the exception below.
Be at least 8 weeks old.
Have received at least two vaccinations.
Be in good health and free from skin conditions, contagious illnesses, and other ailments.
Have complete medical records available for review on the day of the event.

Any rescue that brings an animal that does not meet these requirements will be required to leave the event immediately. No refund will be issued.

Puppy Exception
A spay/neuter exception may be made for puppies between 8 weeks and 4 months old. Qualifying puppies must have received at least two vaccinations before attending the event.

Animal Safety and Care
All animals must be safely contained and have access to fresh water at all times.
Animals must remain under a tent or other appropriate shade to prevent overheating.
All cats must have access to a clean litter box at all times.
Adoption and Transportation Requirements

Cats

All cats must leave the event in a secure carrier. Cats may not be removed from the booth unless they are safely contained in a carrier. Please bring enough carriers to ensure that adopted cats can travel safely with their new families.

Dogs

All dogs must leave the event wearing a secure collar or harness and must be accompanied by a leash to ensure their safety while traveling to their new homes.

Minimum Adoption Fee
The event requires a minimum adoption fee of $25 per animal. Free or fee-waived adoptions are not permitted under any circumstances.
