Thank you for your interest in participating in Havana Market! We love partnering with local non-profit organizations and providing opportunities to connect with the community while sharing the important work you do.
Havana Market offers three participation options for non-profit organizations:
Community Engagement Booth – FREE
This option is available for organizations that provide an interactive activity, educational demonstration, hands-on experience, or community engagement opportunity for market visitors.
Examples include:
Children's crafts or activities
Educational demonstrations
Interactive games
Community service projects
Make-and-take activities
Organizations selecting this option may distribute information about their mission but may not sell merchandise or conduct fundraising.
Information Booth – $5
This option is intended for organizations that are promoting their mission, sharing information, recruiting volunteers, or raising awareness without offering an interactive activity.
Fundraising Booth – $15
Organizations selling products, merchandise, raffle tickets, baked goods, or other items to raise funds should register for a Fundraising Booth.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Vendor Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into Havana Market.
Havana Market strives to maintain a balanced mix of vendors and community organizations. Participation may be limited based on available space and market needs.
Havana Market reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.
Participation Options & Fees
Non-profit organizations must select the participation option that best represents their booth.
Community Engagement Booth – FREE
Must provide an interactive activity, educational demonstration, hands-on experience, or other community engagement opportunity throughout the market.
Organizations may distribute information about their mission and recruit volunteers.
Sales, fundraising, and the collection of donations are not permitted under this booth type.
Information Booth – $5
Intended for organizations sharing information, promoting their mission, recruiting volunteers, or raising awareness.
Organizations may distribute brochures, educational materials, and promotional items.
Sales, fundraising, and the collection of donations are not permitted under this booth type.
Fundraising Booth – $15
Intended for organizations selling approved merchandise, food, raffle tickets (where legally permitted), or other approved fundraising items.
All items or fundraising activities must be listed on the application and approved by Havana Market.
Payment & Cancellations
Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If your organization is unable to attend, please notify Havana Market as soon as possible so the space may be offered to another organization.
Setup & Breakdown
Organizations must arrive during the designated setup window.
Vehicles must be moved to approved vendor parking after unloading.
Booths must remain set up until the market closes unless prior approval has been given by market management.
Organizations are responsible for leaving their booth space clean and free of trash at the end of the event.
Booth Requirements
Organizations must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, and other booth equipment unless otherwise arranged.
Tents must be properly weighted or secured.
Outdoor booth spaces do not have access to electricity. Electrical access is available only for pavilion booths and cannot be guaranteed.
Organizations are responsible for ensuring their booth setup does not interfere with neighboring vendors or pedestrian traffic.
Health & Safety
Booth areas must be kept clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Walkways, entrances, and emergency access areas must remain clear.
Representatives are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner toward visitors, vendors, volunteers, market staff, and neighboring businesses.
Havana Market reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates market policies.
Weather
Havana Market operates rain or shine.
The market will only be canceled or delayed due to severe weather or other unsafe conditions.
If Havana Market cancels the event, participating organizations will be notified as soon as possible.
Liability
Organizations participate at their own risk. Havana Market, Havana Main Street, property owners, volunteers, sponsors, and event partners are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or accident occurring before, during, or after the event.
Photography
Photographs and videos may be taken during Havana Market for promotional purposes. By participating, organizations grant Havana Market permission to use images of their booth and representatives in marketing materials, social media, and future promotional content.

By submitting this application electronically, I certify that the information provided is accurate and complete. I have read and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all policies established by Havana Market.
