Premier Sponsorship Opportunities:
Title Sponsor / Main Stage Sponsor – $15,000+

Our most popular sponsorship opportunity, the Team Builder Sponsor package provides businesses with a prime presence at the Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival while connecting directly with thousands of festival attendees. Team Builder Sponsors receive a priority booth location in the heart of the festival, providing an excellent opportunity to showcase your organization, build brand awareness, and engage with families and visitors throughout the event.

*Please note: Team Builder Sponsor booths are intended for promotional and community engagement purposes. Selling products or services directly from the booth is not permitted unless separately approved as a vendor opportunity.

Please review the sponsorship levels and select the package that best aligns with your organization's marketing goals. After your application has been submitted, a festival representative will contact you to confirm availability and finalize sponsorship details. Sponsorships at the Sampler level ($2,000) and above may require a separate sponsorship agreement.  

Product Sampling & Promotional Activities
If your sponsorship includes product sampling, giveaways, demonstrations, or other promotional activities, please provide a detailed description within your application. All promotional activities are subject to approval by festival management. Activities not disclosed in advance may not be permitted during the event.

Terms & Conditions:
-Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
-Sponsorships are not confirmed until approved by festival management.
-Sponsorships of $2,000 and above may require a separate signed sponsorship agreement.
-No refunds will be issued due to cancellation resulting from severe weather or circumstances beyond the control of the festival organizers.
-Sponsors agree to comply with all festival rules, regulations, and policies.
-Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Conyers, the Georgia International Horse Park, and all organizations, employees, volunteers, and representatives associated with the Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their participation in the festival.
