Waccamaw Summer Fest 2026 Vendor Application Information
How to Apply:
Complete the vendor application and include clear photos of your products and booth setup.
Applications will be reviewed, and approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.
Important Application Information
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendor spaces are limited, and categories may be restricted to help create a diverse shopping experience.
Only one representative from each MLM or direct-sales company will be accepted.
Vendors offering similar products may be approved when their items feature different styles, designs, materials, or methods of production.
Booth Information
Waccamaw Summer Fest is an outdoor event. Vendors are responsible for providing all booth equipment, including:
Canopies
Tables and chairs
Ground-length table coverings
Canopy weights
Any other equipment needed for their setup
Canopies must be properly secured with a minimum of 30 pounds of weight on each leg. Stakes may not be permitted.
Booth sharing is not allowed. Only one business may operate from each vendor space.
Vendors may only display or sell the products approved on their application. Additional products require written approval before the event.
No refunds, transfers, or date changes will be permitted for any reason.
Setup and Takedown
Vendor setup will take place on the morning of the event. Assigned arrival times and complete setup instructions will be emailed closer to the event.

Takedown may not begin until the event has officially ended. Early breakdown is not permitted. All vendors must remain fully set up and open for business until closing time.
Payment and Event Reminders
Once your application is approved, your card will be charged immediately. Failure to submit payment on time may result in your approval being reversed and the space being offered to another vendor.
Keep a copy of your completed application and payment confirmation for your records.
Do not send payments through PayPal Friends & Family, Cash App, Venmo, or anyone claiming to collect payment on our behalf.
Always verify that emails and payment instructions come directly from the official event organizer.

| 10x10 Row Booth (Inline) | $70.00 | Non-refundable | **Standard 10' x 10' Vendor Booth** A standard vendor booth includes one 10-foot-by-10-foot space with access from the front. Vendors may arrange tables, displays, merchandise, and equipment within the assigned space. All items must remain completely inside the 10' x 10' booth area and may not extend into walkways, neighboring booths, or other event spaces. Tables, chairs, canopies, and display equipment are not included. |
| Corner 10x10 booth | $90.00 | Non-refundable | 10x10 Corner Vendor Booth A corner vendor booth is positioned at the end of a vendor row and includes two open sides, allowing shoppers to enter or view the booth from both the front and one side. Corner spaces offer increased visibility, additional customer traffic, and more flexibility when arranging your display. All tables, displays, canopies, merchandise, and equipment must remain completely within the assigned booth space. |
