You must be licensed in the state of Florida for mobile food service. If you have a hood system, your inspection must be up to date and provide paperwork. You must be able to supply general liability insurance and be able to pass a fire dept inspection. 

About the event

Join us for the GACTC Oktoberfest 25th Anniversary Celebration—a full day of German heritage, community spirit, and unforgettable entertainment. Enjoy live German bands, dancing, and singing, along with family-friendly attractions including a kid zone, train rides, a car show, and crowd-favorite Wiener dog races. Savor authentic food, visit the Beer Garten and Wine Garten, and take part in our special Veterans Parade. VIP packages are available for an enhanced festival experience. This event is proudly hosted by a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting veterans, including Honor Flights, homeless veterans, and Hibiscus House. All proceeds go directly back into our community. Bring your family and friends and celebrate with us—it is a day you will not want to miss.

Prices

Application fees $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
10x10 Space (Entree) $750.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Straight legged poles, no slant legs encroaching spaces next to you. 40# weights on each leg for safety and liability reasons. Tents will be inspected prior to opening and non- compliant will be closed down without refund and will not participate.

Electrical Outlet 110V - Full 3 day event $60.00 Non-refundable Maximum draw of 110 v / 9 amps. No exceptions
Electrical Outlet 220 v - Full 3-day event $120.00 Non-refundable Maximum draw of 220 v / 20 amp requirements. No exceptions. There are only two 220 spaces available and vendor space placement is specific due to proximity to the main power source.
