Thank you for your interest in becoming a Food Vendor at the Inaugural Long Beach Sugar & Spice Holiday Dessert Festival, taking place on Saturday, December 19, 2026, in Long Beach, California.

The Long Beach Sugar & Spice Holiday Dessert Festival is a festive, family-friendly celebration featuring holiday shopping, seasonal treats, specialty beverages, live entertainment, Santa Claus, interactive activities, and our Fill Santa's Sleigh Holiday Toy Drive benefiting NoahS's Arc Foundation.

We're seeking outstanding food vendors to help create an unforgettable holiday dining experience. From comfort food and international cuisine to holiday-inspired specialties and unique culinary creations, we're looking for vendors who deliver exceptional food, outstanding presentation, and excellent customer service.

The Long Beach Sugar & Spice Holiday Dessert Festival is a curated event, and all applications are carefully reviewed to ensure a diverse, high-quality food lineup with minimal menu duplication. Acceptance is based on menu offerings, food quality, presentation, operational readiness, and the overall vendor mix.

We encourage vendors to embrace the holiday spirit through festive booth décor, seasonal menu items, and exceptional customer service to help create a memorable experience for every guest.

Important: The vendor booth fee is separate from required City of Long Beach permits and licenses. Food and beverage vendors are responsible for paying the Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Permit Fee ($159) and the City Business License Fee ($70.10) before participating in the festival, if applicable. Instructions for submitting these fees will be provided to approved vendors.

By submitting an application for the Long Beach Sugar & Spice Holiday Dessert Festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Application & Acceptance

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival.

Vendor selection is based on product quality, uniqueness, variety, presentation, and overall fit with the event.

The Long Beach Sugar & Spice Holiday Dessert Festival is a curated event, and Axiom Productions reserves the right to accept or decline any application.

Payment

A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of application submission.

Your card will not be charged when you apply.If your application is accepted, the payment method on file will automatically be charged for the applicable vendor fee.
If your application is not accepted, your card will not be charged.

Applications without a valid payment method on file may not be considered.

Vendor fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, unless the event is canceled by Axiom Productions.

Booth Requirements

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, lighting, extension cords, and any other equipment needed for operation unless otherwise specified.

Booths must remain clean, professional, and staffed during all event hours.

Holiday-themed booth décor is highly encouraged.

Permits & Compliance

Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, and certifications required by the City of Long Beach and the County of Los Angeles.

Food vendors must comply with all applicable Health Department regulations and obtain any required temporary food facility permits.

Insurance

Vendors may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance naming the event organizer and any additional insured parties as required. Additional insurance requirements will be provided upon acceptance.

Setup & Breakdown

Vendors must arrive during the assigned setup window.

Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval from event management.

Booths must remain fully operational throughout the event.

Conduct

Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.

The sale of illegal, counterfeit, offensive, or prohibited items is strictly prohibited.

Axiom Productions reserves the right to remove any vendor whose conduct or products are deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Event Operations

Event details, including layout, vendor placement, schedules, and operational procedures, are subject to change as necessary.

Vendors agree to comply with all instructions provided by event management before and during the festival.

Photography & Marketing

By participating, vendors grant Axiom Productions permission to photograph and record their booth, products, staff, and activities for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without additional compensation.

Force Majeure

Axiom Productions shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from weather, acts of God, government orders, public emergencies, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Agreement

By submitting this application, you certify that the information provided is accurate and acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
