About the application

Promotional & Community Showcase Application

Promotional and Community Showcase booths provide businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, civic organizations, schools, churches, and community groups the opportunity to connect with thousands of festival attendees during Mule Days 2026.

These booths are intended to educate, inform, and engage the public through interactive experiences. We encourage exhibitors to create a welcoming and memorable booth by incorporating activities such as games, demonstrations, giveaways, raffles, contests, hands-on experiences, or other creative ways to interact with festival guests.

Examples include:

-Community organizations sharing information about their programs
-Businesses promoting products or services
-Health and wellness organizations providing educational resources
-Schools, churches, and civic groups recruiting members or volunteers
-Interactive games and prize wheels
-Giveaways and promotional items
-Demonstrations and hands-on activities

The sale of mass-produced retail merchandise is not permitted within the Promotional & Community Showcase category.
Promotional items, branded giveaways, informational materials, and free samples are welcome.
Organizations wishing to sell handmade goods should apply under the Arts & Crafts Vendor category.
Vendors selling food or beverages must apply under the appropriate Food Vendor or Beverage Vendor category.
Booths should remain staffed and operational throughout festival hours.
