Welcome to Mule Days 2026!
Thank you for your interest in participating as Food or Beverage Vendor at Mule Days, Thomaston's annual fall festival celebrating our agricultural heritage and history as the Mule Capital of the South.
Held at Greatest Generation Park on Saturday, October 17, 2026, Mule Days draws approximately 4 thousand attendees from across the region for a full day of live entertainment, delicious food, family activities, agricultural demonstrations, and shopping with talented artisans and makers.
We are seeking food vendors offering:

Snack Foods & Festival Favorites
Desserts & Sweet Treats- ALL SLOTS ARE FULL, WAITLIST ONLY
Beverages- ALL LEMONADE SLOTS ARE FULL, WAITLIST ONLY
Specialty Food
Our goal is to create a diverse marketplace that showcases creativity, craftsmanship, and small businesses while providing festival guests with a unique dining experience. There is a limit of 15 food trucks/vendors serving hot, entree food items. Food trucks/vendors are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Event Details
Date: Saturday, October 17, 2026
Location: Greatest Generation Park, Thomaston, Georgia
Festival Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Vendor Check-In: Begins at 7:00 AM
Booths and trucks must be fully set up by: 9:30 AM
Vendor spaces are limited and will be accepted first come- first served. Food genre/type are limited to 3-of-a-kind as to not oversaturate the market.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
- No rain date or refund due to inclement weather.
- Cancellations that occur after applicant is accepted will be non-refundable.
- Registrations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
- A map showing vendor locations will be distributed to the exhibitor.
- Event Setup Time 8:00am-9:45am (Ready for patrons by 10am).
- Cooking or preparing of food items are only allowed in the designated area.
- All display props including tables, chairs, tents, etc. for the booth will be provided by the exhibitor.
- City of Thomaston reserves the right to reject or remove from the vendor space any items considered unsuitable.
- There will be electricity provided for an extra fee of $15 for individual booths in limited areas. *****WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO PROVIDE ELECTRICITY FOR BOOTHS.....WE ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO PROVIDE POWER FOR FOOD TRUCKS******
- Vendors are invited to decorate their booth for the season!
- Before leaving your space you must clean up any trash, etc. Please do not leave any unsold items.
- Vendor will also give a list of Items that will be sold.
- Notification of booth assignments will be sent the week prior to the event by email.

| Food Truck Vendor Space | $100.00 | Food Trucks must use this option. It includes an area to park and operate your food truck. No tables, tents, electricity, or equipment is included. | |
| Food Booth Vendor (10X10) | $50.00 | This fee covers 1 (10x10) booth space. It does not include tables, tents, or electricity. | |
| Electrical Outlet | $15.00 | This fee covers the cost of electricity for booths only. We CANNOT provide power for food trucks. |
