State Mobile Food Unit Permit - Application

Thank you for your interest in being a Mobile Food Unit for our Rowlett: Trunk or Treat - 2026 event. To honor the theme of the event, we are prioritizing vendors offering Hispanic and Latin cuisine. However, we encourage you to review the application and reach out if you have any questions - we’re happy to assist! 

Please note that by signing and submitting the application electronically, you are agreeing to the terms outlined within it. We appreciate your enthusiasm and look forward to reviewing your submission!

Notice for Mobile Food Unit Applicants:

Per new Texas state law, all Mobile Food Units are now required to apply directly with the state and upload their state permit on Eventeny as part of the application process. Please note that having a state permit does not guarantee automatic approval - our team will still review and approve applications individually based on space availability and food variety needs for the event.

Mobile Food Unit Guidelines:

We’re so excited to have you join us! To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following:

• Please plan to arrive and begin setting up from 3:00-5:45pm. 
• Before event day, take a look at the site map so you know your assigned booth space ahead of time.
• Be ready to welcome and interact with participants by 5:45pm.
• If you have any special needs or accommodations, please include them in the “Special Requests” section of your application so we can review them.
• The City of Rowlett will provide a 10’ x 10’ booth space for you.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, and any necessary power or equipment (such as generators).
• The City of Rowlett is unable to assist with set-up or tear-down, so please plan accordingly.
