Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at The Alchemist's Assembly: An Evening of Magic, Makers & Moonlight.
🚨Before you begin your application, please note: This is an immersive, themed event, and themed costumes and decorated booths are required for all accepted vendors. We ask every participant to help bring this magical world to life by embracing the event's Victorian gothic, steampunk, and alchemy-inspired aesthetic.
If you are unable or unwilling to participate in these requirements, we kindly ask that you do not submit an application. Vendors who arrive without an appropriately themed costume and booth décor will be denied participation on the day of the event, and vendor fees will not be refunded.

- There will be Trick or Treat featured for the first half of the event, where kiddos can trick or treat the vendors. Do you wish to participate?
- I will decorate my booth to complement the theme and atmosphere of the event.
- I will dress in costume or themed attire that matches the spirit of the event.
- I will provide a minimum of 20 lb. weights on each tent leg to help keep everyone safe.
- I will fully unload my vehicle and move it to vendor parking before setting up my booth space.
- Vendor Agreement: I have read and understand the Vendor Guidelines and Setup Requirements. I understand that acceptance into the event is not guaranteed and that vendor fees are non-refundable. I agree to abide by all event rules, safety requirements, and instructions from Gather & Glow Events.
