Smoke & Oak is a curated culinary and whiskey experience celebrating craftsmanship, hospitality, and premium local businesses. We are intentionally selecting a limited number of retail and artisan vendors whose products enhance the guest experience. We welcome high-quality handmade goods, gourmet products, home décor, apparel, art, specialty gifts, and other unique offerings that align with the event's elevated atmosphere.

Additional Required Fees

Please note that the following fees are not included in the vendor booth fee and may apply depending on your business:

Health Permit – $159

Required for all food and beverage vendors serving or sampling food or drinks.

This fee is paid directly to the City of Long Beach Health Department (or the applicable permitting agency) and is separate from your vendor booth fee.

City of Long Beach Business License – $70.10

Vendors without a current City of Long Beach Business License are required to obtain one prior to participating in the festival.

The current application fee is $70.10 and is paid directly to the City of Long Beach.

Please ensure you meet all applicable local, county, and state licensing and permitting requirements before the event.

Retail & Craft Vendor Terms & Conditions:

By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Application & Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected based on product quality, originality, and how well their offerings align with the overall vision of Smoke & Oak. Axiom Productions, LLC reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

2. Vendor Fees
Approved vendors will receive an acceptance email with payment instructions. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Axiom Productions, LLC.

3. Booth Space
Each vendor will receive one designated booth space. Booth assignments are determined by event management and may not be changed without prior approval.

4. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for providing all equipment necessary to operate their booth, including tables, chairs, displays, signage, extension cords, and any other supplies unless otherwise specified.

5. Setup & Breakdown
All vendors must arrive during their assigned load-in window and complete setup before the event opens to guests. Vendors are expected to remain open for the entire event and may not begin breaking down before the event officially ends without written approval from event management.

6. Booth Appearance
Smoke & Oak is a premium culinary experience. Vendors are expected to maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth throughout the event. Event management reserves the right to request improvements if a booth does not meet presentation standards.

7. Product Restrictions
Only products approved during the application process may be sold. Any changes to your inventory must receive prior approval from Axiom Productions, LLC.

Counterfeit, illegal, offensive, or unsafe products are strictly prohibited.

8. Permits & Compliance
Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, insurance, or certifications required by federal, state, county, or local regulations. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Electricity
Electricity is limited and available only if requested in advance and approved. Vendors must bring heavy-duty outdoor extension cords and any additional power equipment they require.

10. Weather
Smoke & Oak is a rain-or-shine event. Vendors should come prepared for outdoor conditions.

11. Liability
Vendors are responsible for their own property, merchandise, equipment, and personnel. Axiom Productions LLC, the City of Long Beach, event partners, sponsors, property owners, and affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property or for injuries occurring within a vendor's booth or as a result of the vendor's operations.

12. Photography & Marketing
By participating, vendors grant Axiom Productions, LLC permission to photograph and record their booth, products, and staff for promotional, marketing, social media, and future event materials without additional compensation.

13. Event Policies
Axiom Productions, LLC reserves the right to modify event logistics, vendor placement, operating procedures, or event policies as necessary to ensure the safety and success of the event.

14. Agreement
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
